When you use conditioner, you protect your hair and it does not split as easily. In addition, it is a good idea to make it a part of your hair routine, to give your hair a hair mask once a week to really get in depth with the care.
Be careful when drying hair
The hair does not benefit from being shaken through by a towel. Even if you have washed with both a good shampoo and conditioner, the hair will break easily if you are too hairy with the towel. The best thing for the hair is to squeeze the water out of the hair with the towel. A microfiber towel is also more gentle on the hair if you suffer a lot with broken hair strands.
