Vitamins and minerals are good and healthy for us, everyone knows that, but is there an upper limit? Can you get too much of the good?
The short answer is both yes and no.

Other vitamins, such as vitamins A, D, E and K, are fat-soluble and stay in the body for longer as they bind to fat. Depending on your levels in your body, you might not need them as often, but they are still incredibly important for your body.
