Many years of experience

We are a family-owned company with more than 40 years of experience in the production- and distribution of supplements. Today, the second generation danish pharmaceutical industry is leading the company in cooperation with the third generation.

Danish pharmaceutical industry was founded in 1977 by pharmacist Jørgen Pedersen (1929-2016) and his wife Ane-Lise Pedersen (1935-2017).

Today, danish pharmaceutical industry is run by her daughter Gitte Pedersen and her husband Marco Capobianco, who took over the management 16 years ago. Patrick and Isabella Capbianco, the third generation of the family, and daughter-in-law Cecilie Ranthe Lyndrup are now employed in danish pharmaceutical industry and participate in day-to-day operations.

Naturalness

We believe that beauty is achieved through natural health. Therefore, all our vitamins are made from natural ingredients and contain neither artificial dyes, flavors, preservatives or sweeteners.

Instead, they contain natural coloring and flavor  from fruit, cane sugar (1.3 g per day dose) and glucose syrup from gluten-free wheat and GMO-free maize.

Animal welfare

We care about animals, and we would much rather see them roam free in the wild, instead of using them in our products. Therefore, all our chewing vitamins in the Beauty Bear series are made from pectin (fruit fiber) instead of gelatin and contain exclusively vegan ingredients.

We believe that all animals should have a dignified life. This is also the reason why Beauty Bear is not tested on animals. This way, all animal friends, vegetarians and vegans can enjoy our vitamin gummies.
